All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. Payments must be completed at the time of purchase through the accepted payment methods displayed on our website.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide with DHL and within Ukraine via Nova Poshta. Shipping costs, complimentary thresholds, and estimated delivery times are outlined on our Shipping & Delivery page. SOVIIKAA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or force majeure.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Exceptions include made-to-measure pieces, sale items, and gift cards, which are non-refundable. Details can be found in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by local customs authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
