Refund and Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@soviikaa.com. If your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Kindly note that items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon receipt. Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

- Made-to-measure garments

- Sale items

- Gift cards

 


Exchanges

The most efficient way to exchange is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired piece.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
